What's New for the 2023 Ford Bronco?

If you are looking for an all-around capable SUV that performs well in both on-road and off-road situations, the 2023 Ford Bronco is the model to take a closer look at. The sixth generation Bronco debuted in 2021 after an extended hiatus, and the 2023 model year is included in this generation. When you compare the 2022 version to the 2023 Bronco, you will not discover any significant changes. What can you expect from the bold Bronco?

Three powertrains are offered for this year’s Bronco. The first few trims in the lineup come with a 2.3-liter turbo, four-cylinder engine. This is combined with your choice of either a 10-speed auto or a seven-speed manual transmission to give you 300 horsepower. A 2.7-liter turbo V6 engine is offered in the mid-level trims. The most powerful engine available is a turbo 3.0-liter, 400-horsepower engine. Select trims add an active exhaust, Fox shock absorbers, all-terrain tires, a terrain management system, electronic lock axles in the front and rear, and more.

The 2023 Ford Bronco is a true beast on the road with its boxy profile and solid ground clearance. The grille that rolls across the flat nose holds rounded, embedded headlights for a unique look. Some of the Bronco’s exterior features in select trims are 17-inch wheels, up to 37-inch tires, unique exterior graphics, a heavy-duty bumper, a snorkel, a winch, and other gear.

While the Ford Bronco for 2023 is designed to take you wherever your day’s plans lead, it is a modern vehicle loaded with the technologies and cabin features you want in a new SUV. Select or all trim levels come with a wireless smartphone charging pad, a navigation system, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a navigation system, a heated steering wheel, up to a 12-inch infotainment system screen, remote start, ambient interior lighting, heated front seats, a dual-zone auto climate control system, smart device connectivity and more. The Bronco also may have sophisticated safety technologies like lane-keeping assist, a blind-spot monitor, a 360-degree camera, rear cross-traffic detection, and other gear.
