 What's New for the 2024 Ford F-150 STX?

The full-size Ford F-150 truck is available in eight trim levels, with the well-equipped STX being the second in the lineup. The F-150 STX for 2024 features several enhancements seen across other trims. Notably, its powertrain has been upgraded. While a standard V6 engine powered the 2023 F-150 STX, the 2024 model year sees an upgrade to a turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 engine delivering 325 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. The STX trim also offers options such as an upgraded suspension system and an electronic-locking rear differential.

For 2024, the F-150's exterior undergoes a striking modernization, featuring new wheel designs, updated lighting, and a refreshed grille. The F-150 STX boasts a sleek hood, flat roof, and defined lower-body lines. Its wide grille with curved sides and horizontal crossbars is complemented by tall, rectangular headlights with a wraparound LED bar. Standard exterior features on the STX include a trailer hitch, keyless entry, and 20-inch wheels.

For 2024, all F-150 trims come with a 12-inch central display screen. The STX trim maintains many features from the previous model year, including carpeted flooring and additional options. Standard features include a digital instrument panel, wireless smartphone connectivity, lane-keeping assistance, rear auto braking, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision warning with auto braking, and a rear cross-traffic alert. Optional features for the F-150 STX include a work surface, wireless phone charging, a household outlet, a towing package, and more.
